Mr. Wille is responsible for managing all pre-construction services, including estimating, purchasing, and project engineering activities.
Under his leadership, Mr. Wille’s team budgets, schedules, and defines roles and responsibilities for all construction projects. In addition, Jim overseas the development of standards, processes, and practices for Seawood’s “best-of-class” pre-construction services.

Jim’s strengths include working with clients to recognize potential issues before they occur. His focused team-building abilities speak to his career accomplishments, which include: the $26 million Cancer Center of Excellence at Grady Hospital in Atlanta; the $18 million Howard University Law Library in Washington, D.C.; the $50 million George Mason University expansion in Fairfax, Virginia; being part of the team that built the $500 million Phoenix Convention Center in Arizona; building the $60 million Central Broward Regional Park and Stadium in Fort Lauderdale (a design-build project); and participating in pre-construction of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Airport’s current rebuild through the $2 billion TRIP program.

Currently, Jim is involved with five Seawood hospitality projects that include global brands such as Holiday Inn, DoubleTree, and Four Points by Sheraton.

Mr. Wille has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Seawood, Jim had a successful career in project management, purchasing, and engineering with H.J. Russell and Turner Construction.
