ARBOR HOUSE GROUNDBREAKING
Breaking Ground in the Gardens
Groundbreaking Ceremony
A New Chapter Begins in Palm Beach Gardens
On January 29, 2026, project leaders, partners, and city officials gathered at the Arbor House construction site to celebrate the Phase I groundbreaking of the new luxury residential community, bringing timeless sophistication and effortless connection to Palm Beach Gardens. Hosted by Aventine Development and Seawood Builders, the morning marked an exciting milestone—officially turning the page from vision to vertical.
The program featured remarks from Bill Spruce (link to Aventine leadership page), who welcomed guests and shared the project’s significance for the community and the broader evolution of Palm Beach Gardens. Ed Masi (link to bio) spoke to Seawood’s role in bringing Arbor House to life and recognized the teams and partners moving the project forward.
Palm Beach Gardens Mayor Marcie Tinsley offered remarks on the importance of high-quality development and the cooperative spirit that helps advance the city’s long-term vision.
Planting Hope, Building the Future
A highlight of the ceremony was the symbolic tree planting led by Betty Masi (link to bio)—a living reminder of Arbor House’s connection to the natural character of Palm Beach Gardens and Seawood’s tradition of Planting Hope, Building the Future.
To complement the moment, guests were invited to view a curated time capsule display—an “everyday life” snapshot of 2026 that will be preserved and placed on-site as construction progresses.
