Master Schedule:

• Prepare master schedule for project listing all milestones required
• Conduct regular reviews and update as needed to keep process on track

Selection of Design Professionals:

• Assist clients in compiling list of qualified architects and engineers
• Prepare an RFP for design services
• Administer solicitation for responses
• Assist in response evaluation and selection
• Value Engineering

Throughout pre-construction, SBI works to ensure that design documents specify the most cost-effective systems and components available. Value engineering capabilities are achieved through:

Bid Management:

• Structure bid packages to contain all information, specifications and parameters to ensure vendors submit a well-prepared, complete bid at a competitive price
