Permitting in South Florida is complex and detailed, requiring skilled management on a daily basis.

Recognizing that preparation of plans, site selection, and a sound relationship with building departments are critical factors for a successful project, SBI established a department dedicated solely to managing the permit process for its clients.

This department is responsible for :

• Preparation:
  All information, plans and applications are researched, gathered, completed and reviewed prior to submittal to the municipality.
  
• Hands on processing:
  One permit processor handles all aspects of permitting for the project from start to finish. SBI has experience permitting in every major city in South Florida, from Palm Beach to Homestead.
• Follow-up:
  Assigned permit processor tracks permit through the building department on a weekly basis and reports progress to the client in writing. The permit processor handles all requests from the building department.
